Kristi Livingston, a recent graduate of Sebring High School, was the first recipient of this year's music scholarshop.  Kristi plans to begin studies at South Florida Community College this fall majoring in psychology.  She later plans to attend Florida State University majoring in music and theater.  Her plans are to become an actress.

Mary is also a recent graduate of Sebring High School and will attend South Florida Community College this fall majoring in chemistry and education.  She then plans to go to the University of Central Florida majoring in chemistry and education with a minor in English and theater.  She plans a teaching career.

     Heart of Highland Show chorus has two major fund raisers a year, the Annual show in February and the Fall Fashion Show and Luncheon.  Proceeds from these two fund raisers go into a Scholarship Fund to be given to a Highlands County High School female student pursuing a career in music.
